The Responsibility

for the Environment,

is Everyone’s!

Did YOU KNOW THAT:

s

Companies that use spiral concentrators in their processes often have what we call a “spiral graveyard.”

s

Many spirals become unusable due to wear from abrasion, which causes holes and deformities in the spiral tracks.

s

Due to the long degradation process, in some cases the coils remain stored for many years or are destroyed and buried in waste piles.

s

Based on our experience in Brazil, in 95% of cases the spiral concentrators can be reused through our remanufacturing process.

What We Do

Recovery – Equipment Overhaul

Reformamos concentradores gravimétricos espirais e distribuidores de polpa, adaptando cada solução às necessidades específicas de operação, capacidade e durabilidade exigidas pelo processo produtivo do cliente.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

How We Do It

The concentrator spirals are made of polyurethane, and in landfills, the decomposition of polyurethane can release polluting gases, contributing to global warming.

And since it is not easily recyclable, most of this material ends up:

Accumulated in dumps, where it remains for decades;
Or being burned, releasing even more toxins into the air!

The impact goes beyond waste: it affects the climate, air quality, and the health of all of us.

As it slowly degrades, polyurethane releases microplastics and toxic substances into the soil and water, directly affecting the lives of insects, fish, birds, and even human beings.

This silent process contributes to the contamination of ecosystems, harms biodiversity, and can even enter the food chain.

By Renovating the Spirals you contribute to:

ADVANTAGES

  • Environmentally friendly;

  • Lower generation of industrial waste and reduced environmental impact;

  • Reduction in dependence on imports, logistics, and acquisition of spare parts;

  • Lower consumption of spare parts;

  • Lower OPEX cost: 40 to 60% cost reduction compared to purchasing new spirals.

  • Reconditioned spirals have the same or longer lifespan than a new spiral.
